Since joining the Integrative Health and Hormone Clinic family in 2018, Heather has been the sparkling face that greeted you at our front desk, and now she’s taken her passion for patient care to the next level as our Operations Manager. Her infectious energy and genuine care for others make her the perfect person to ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
For over 11 years, Heather has been deeply committed to empowering women through their most transformative life experiences. As both a dedicated birth doula and certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner, she’s guided countless families through the journey of natural birth with compassion and expertise. Never one to stop growing, Heather recently expanded her skill set by becoming a certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and Emotion Release Technique Practitioner – all in service of helping mothers achieve the most positive and empowering birth experiences possible.
When she’s not orchestrating clinic operations or supporting birthing families, you’ll find Heather in full “mom mode,” cheering on her two active teenage daughters from the sidelines of various sports fields. But her favorite way to recharge? Soaking up some well-deserved “Heather Weather” on the beautiful beaches of Guttenberg, where she finds her zen and prepares to bring that same peaceful energy back to everyone she serves.
