Blueberry Strawberry Jicama Salsa

Vegan and Gluten free. Makes 3 cups of salsa.

  • 1 cup Blueberries, fresh
  • 1/3 cup Cilantro
  • 2 Tbsps Jalapeno pepper
  • 1 cup Jicama
  • 1 Lime, Juice of large
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 pinch of Salt
