Blueberry Strawberry Jicama Salsa
Vegan and Gluten free. Makes 3 cups of salsa.
- 1 cup Blueberries, fresh
- 1/3 cup Cilantro
- 2 Tbsps Jalapeno pepper
- 1 cup Jicama
- 1 Lime, Juice of large
- 1/4 cup Red onion
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 pinch of Salt
